I was poking around Amazon looking for a good web design / user interface reference, and came across the following recommendation on a web design book:

“I am not a User Interface developer. I actually am not good at it at all. But this book gives me the knowledge I need to do UI development, planning, and make them very usable…” [irrelevant rambling continues] “…This book is a must have. It covers all the best practices for designing web sites.”

A must have, T. Anderson (PA USA)?! How do YOU know? You suck at UI design. You can’t even spell practices right. What makes you think I’d trust a crappy designer who can’t spell?

The doctor said my cholesterol level was a smidgen on the high side. It’s not high enough to require medicine, but enough that I should keep a closer eye on my diet. I decided to scour the net for various tips on reducing cholesterol and the first place I thought to look was the Mayo Clinic. So, I fired up my browser … www.mayo.com was my guess. Go ahead and click on that.

Ahhh, the irony.

This morning, I was attempting to purchase some concert tickets on Ticketmaster. When I got to the security check page, this is the image they gave me. Creepy.

I’m always a sucker for a good net meme. If anything, it gives me an excuse to post. Found this fun one via axsdeny via djwudi.

The rules:
