My friend Dave has interesting and sad story about a recent experience they had with the Wal-Mart Corporation. I was never a fan of Wal-Mart and I’m definitely less of a fan based on his and Bridget’s experience at Sam’s Club.

Wal-Mart is coming to Huntingdon next year, and I’m worried. Wal-Mart has done very bad things and I don’t think many people here are aware of it. Most actually welcome it. I can see how it would be welcomed because it’s a one stop shop for everything. But at the same time, you have to look at what it does to commuinities in the long run. It’s inevitable. Wal-Mart comes, runs other businesses out, and when there’s no place else to go they jack up the prices.
